Jan Baynham
Jan manages and delivers psychometric assignments and selection, development, outplacement and career transition services, supported by a network of experienced associates.
Jan has a BSc in Occupational Psychology and over 25 years experience of selection, psychometric assessment, employee development and outplacement and career transition support. She provides consultancy services to a broad range of organisations and individuals and additionally provides specialist support to other consultancies requiring psychometric assessment, selection, development and outplacement expertise.
Her sector experience includes Manufacturing, Financial Services, Energy, the Public Sector, Retail and Distribution, Higher & Further Education, Utilities, Housing and Charities.
Her earlier career includes roles as a senior consultant in Executive Selection with Price Waterhouse Management Consultancy, training and development roles within Price Waterhouse, JP Morgan and Selfridges and working as a tutor in training and development skills.
Jan is qualified to use a wide range of psychometric tests and questionnaires and is registered with the British Psychological Society.

Peter Baynham
Peter is a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Treasurer with extensive experience in both Non-Executive, Executive Director, and consultancy roles. Past executive roles include working as a Partner in Mercer, Chief Operating Officer for a privately owned property company, Strategic and Commercial Director and Operations Director of Norwich Union Investment Management (now Aviva Investors) and Director, Group Financial Control of a UK based Investment Bank.
As a Non-Executive Director, he has or currently holds board positions within the financial sector, housing associations, property investment and development, a commercial subsidiary of a university, a UK government department for communities and local government and a professional membership organisation.
Among the services he can offer are
- Interview support for positions at board and senior management level
- Coaching and mentoring for board members and finance professionals
- Serving as a Non-Executive Director on boards
- Acting in a board/executive management advisory role
- Acting as a sounding board on an ad hoc or ongoing basis for CEOs and other board
members, for example in connection with an acquisition , disposal or strategic review
